(English Translation (sorta): Hi and Welcome. Nice to see another fan of CSKA. I didn't know Saprykin was back. I know you have Stana and I am a big fan of his.)

Krutov RIP, didn't have as good of a NHL career as Makarov or Larionov but man what an International career he had.

All 3 must be in the Russian Hockey Hall of Fame?
All 3 legendary players represent the International Hall of Fame.
In far 1986th year I saw game of this legendary line and fell in love with hockey!)))
In Russia there is no Russian Hockey Hall of Fame, unfortunately (((

welcome to CP

Spent some time in Moscow and Western Siberia in the past. Had some great times there, and couldn't drink Vodka for a couple years after that trip.

^ Is my Russian that bad? I'll fully admit, that's the most I've attempted to speak in almost 10 years here. Pretty sure there is smoke coming out of my ears trying to remember most of that.

In CSKA Oleg Saprykin plays now.
Makarov was one of my favorite players growing up. Very talented, gifted hockey player.

I was a big fan of Makarov. The KLM line was one of the most impressive sights I have ever seen as a hockey fan. I was stoked when the Soviet hockey federation released him to play in the NHL.

In 1989, right after the Stanley Cup win, Flames' tickets were almost impossible to get, but I had the tremendous luck to score a ticket to their home opener and see Makarov's first NHL game in person. The Flames beat the Red Wings 10-7, and Makarov looked pretty sharp considering that he had to cope with a new team, new rules, new system, and do it all in a foreign language.

What an amazing talent that man had. He could not only stickhandle in a phone booth, if you blocked the doorway he could leak out along the telephone wire — with the puck.
