42 Contracts with Knight and Ramo, likely 41 when Kipper officially retires.
Probably the best depth in those 41 contracts we have seen in a while. Not really any "wasted" contract spots (maybe Elson, Martin, Eddy).

I'd have qualified less, don't care to keep Bancks, Byron, or Nemisz (or Butler for that matter)... I might have given Bancks an AHL contract since Ward likes him a lot apparently but he doesn't need to eat a reserve list slot.

Why does everyone like rooting for aliu? Every where he has gone problems have followed, I heard he has a bad attitude, does not mesh with his team mates, and after given his 4th cnahce with the flames he obviously didn't take advantage of it.
