Doesn't look that fat to me. You see it quite often when athletes retire, they pack on pounds. It's similar to kids moving out from their parents for the first time. The daily structure they had in the last 15-20 years is gone and now they're freeto do whatever they want.

The question is, do they get back to normal after some time. How long is Tony retired now?

Pretty sure the OP is going to pack on weight as he gets older. I highly doubt he's the epitome of physical health.
