I imagine the "business as usual" managers are people that haven't been affected in a significant manner. For those of us that have been evacuated and then some, there is nothing "usual" about what is going on. In fact, it severely irritates me to hear of companies asking people to come downtown. There is poor access, no transit, just stay out of the way so we can start picking up the pieces.
That said, my company has relocated its people to the SE office and is conducting business as usual. Personally, I've been told to take whatever time I need to get life back on track.

I work in the insurance industry so I imagine our office will be open on Monday. We're not located in the core, just south of it.
I briefly went in to work today to check emails - nothing of note. Will be interesting to see how the mood is at work this week.

Our office building is good go, but we've been given the optional treatment by mgmt. They are all workaholics so I'm sure they expect some of us to go in...yeah not me. Like what I do, but not gonna clog up downtown just yet. We're in Barclay Centre, 7th Ave + 4th St.

I've been fielding emails all weekend and my articling student's bar call got canceled on Friday so I'll definitely be in dealing with rescheduling that and the aftermath of all the deals that didn't close on Friday due to so many law firms being closed and buyers not wanting/not able to take possession in evacuation zones, plus the files that will not close this week due to Land Titles likely being shut down and insurers not issuing any insurance binders as long as the state of emergency is in effect.
Not complaining, I'm safe in Mahogany and my office is by Chinook, so other than some traffic headaches, a busy week is all I have to worry about. Hopefully I'll be able to take some time to help some friends who are affected.

I'm in Bankers Hall and we were told not to come in on Monday. They are only setting a small number of people in who need to do business critical work.
Should get another update tomorrow about Tuesday.

Our office is on 11th Ave/2nd Street (near Vintage Chophouse) and we are closed until we're allowed back. We've received many emails over the weekend from leadership.
We have an 8:30am conference call tomorrow to figure out a plan for our customers moving forward.
Unfortunately, my wife was pressured to go in at U of C as she has to answer phones giving options to students who won't be able to write exams this week.

I'm off tomorrow for sure and likely Tuesday, per the building owner. (Watermark Tower) With no Elbow or MacLeod, I am a bit concerned that it'll be gridlock trying to access DT from the south by the remaining routes. That's a lot of inbound capacity gone, potentially for a month or more given how bad the damage looks.
Only two months into a new job, kinda pissed I don't have VPN running yet.
