I went Morrissey as he is the last Dman potentially available at that spot to have legit top pairing potential at this stage, but Zykov would be a close 2nd to me here for sure.

Lazar is the only one that fits Flames for the 1st round draft choice. I think their priority is to get as much top quality centermen they can get. Zykov is ranked to far up for the Flames to even consider, unless they want to waste that pick as their 6th overall. Morrissey is ranked pretty far down.

Some of these rankings are all over the place past the 5th choice. Hopefully, Flames can have at least one or more of the following: Monahan, Lazar, Hunter Shinkaruk, Bo Horvat, Wennberg, and/or Federik Gauthier.

Hi guys-first time poster so go easy on me.....i would vote Zykov over the other two(even though i get a wierd Saprykin vibe from him). IMO, Lazar will be an NHL player, but i wonder about his ceiling. He has all the tools-skating, grit, defensive acumen......it just seems like hes not a very creative offensive player, and looks to be a bottom 6 player. Zykov looks to me to have a higher ceiling, with a bit of power forward in him. Being a RW doesn't hurt either. I really don't see Morrissey being available.....
