It's more of whether the treatment is long enough or effective enough to minimize the chance of a relapse. I'm certainly not against the military providing the service they need to get well again, but it doesn't have to with the intention of sending them back into service as quickly as possible.

Putting the mental well being of the soldier ahead of having another able body sooner so to speak.
