He is the biggest reason I want Feaster to pick up an early/mid second rounder. I think there will be better players around at the Penguins pick, but by pick #36 he could be BPA

That I would like? In the first round? None that I can think of really. I could see the Flames going with Keaton Thompson at pick 30... One of the youngest (The Youngest?) draft eligble guys, NCAA bound next year, real good tools. Could see Feaster burning the 27-30 Pittsburgh pick on him as a longterm project upside pick... and I wouldn't object.

I liked what I saw from Marko Dano in the WJC. Seems to have some good offensive instincts and plays with his heart on his sleeve. Seems to have trouble controlling that emotion at times and takes bad penalties at bad times, but he is only 18 so that can be fixed.

Wouldn't have a problem with the Flames taking him in the 3rd round, or grabbing a pick in the second to take him.

Baptiste is another intriguing propsect.

I havnt seen where he sits among top 60 skaters, but Kegan Kanzig D from the Royals is a beast that i would like in the Flames system. Not for one of our top 2 but with the pitts pick maybe

Kanzig is ranked around 112 so if the Flames took him in the first round I would be livid. 0 goals this season so maybe in the 3rd/4th

Looks like a decent player though. Pretty quick & skilled. I'm sure we could convince him to roll with the standard Flames '-owski' spelling if we picked him.

Maybe he was listed to go in the first round in EA nhl 13... I seen it somewhere, must be it. But still a guy i would love to have in the organization.

With a top 30 pick when rated 112, i agree, i would be pissed too.

Add Nick Sorenson to that list as well. Skillful RW from the Ramparts.

Sufferred a dirty knee on knee hit and was out for a long time. Could have been a mid first rounder according to some. But during the lock out he was used sparingly as Grigorenko was down with the team.
