Well just to pile on, I grew up about 3 blocks from there. Totally could have been me... I'm lucky to be a live

Not sure if this is related but there is another huge shutdown on center street just past 64 ave. it's about 3-4 blocks away. Police cars, trucks, etc.
My guess is they're related.

Bad guess, a cube van pulled in front to a motorbike. The driver of the bike is in critical condition, the passenger in stable. The van drove away but has been identified (per Global news)
