Plumbing Issue in Condo - Advice Needed

Condo docs will prove it, but just think how a built in shower is constructed; it falls well above the floor (poured concrete is above floor/joist level), and past the studs/paint (whatever the case in your condo is). Only saving grace would be if there is some funny clause about plumbing that saves you; but given common occurrence of plumbing issues in condos, I'd imagine you'd be on the hook, they wouldn't have written bylaws that poorly...

You are correct. I've already added to my earlier post. I have a lot of experience with this subject and speak from experience.

Thanks for all the advice guys! It's a tile/grout shower, not an insert, so that's probably bad news. Ugh. I bought it via MLS and it's over 10 years old too.
