Thought we had it all figured out. About 15 years ago, was hanging out at this bar in phi phi island, just a little bar that looked like someone's bar from a basement that they but on the street corner. Generally they're taller than most genetic Thai girls so that's usually the main giveaway. And if they've got bolt-ons, I've never seen regular Thai girls with fake boobs. Sometimes though with the hormone treatments they take, there is no way to tell them apart. If you do end up hitting on a ladyboy by accident though it's not like you're going to find out the hard way, they're always up front with what they're "packing". There are so many guys into that sort of thing that they don't need to trick anyone

I know some Thai girls with implants, so even that's not a sure sign. Everyone says to look for Adam's apples, but many of them don't have noticeable ones, and the ones who do get them shaved down. Basically, if they wanted to fool you, they could. Here's a poster that was outside of a ladyboy bar that I went to, and these were the real girls that were working because I saw several of them in person. Every one of them was a pre-op TS.
