I remember stating this team was destined to never have a top 5 pick, it was just never going to happen.
Then we really started to suck and I started to believe, but then we beat Colorado, and then Phoenix and you started to wonder a bit as the goaltenders were starting to play better.
Then once we beat Detroit you just tell this team was going to go on a streak and lift the team out of a top 5 pick.
