Maybe Warrener's jealous of Iggy who had a bigger and nicer place and further up atop. Or maybe Warrener actually did live from his basement (no basement shot???).
Aside from that, the white kitchen doesn't fit the rest of the decor within the house.

Sorry. That is not a 2.5M home. At least here in Portland. You could get one that size for 700k here. Completely not worth it.
And the "location" is not with 1.8M.
