Terrible stuff - guy was the spark plug that kept the team somewhat afloat... Be interesting to see what Anthopolous does if he is done for the year - team cant compete with a combination of Bonifacio/Derosa/Izturis up the middle.

Season start just keeps getting worse. SS is one of the only positions they have a propect in AAA, Ryan Goins but he literally just got there and the drop off from Reyes to him would be off the charts.
Reyes did look done for the year there though, either broken ankle or torn ligaments if I had to guess.

So, if nothing happens during that fly ball then why doesn't all home teams tell their ball boys to run out to foul territory to try to accidentally-on-purpose get in the way?
