Ryan Smyth did not look happy after that. Wouldn't surprise me if Yakupov is a locker room problem moving forward with that team. He's already needed to be talked to by them once.

He's a problem to be dealt with later by the Oilers I'd imagine.

I'm not worried about the Blues, they'll get in.

Pretty obvious they've packed it in for the season.

Yeah because there will be no changes made to this roster in the off season. Great logic.

That was pretty tame compared to his other celebrations so maybe he's slowly learning.

Those Oilers aren't always the brightest bulb in the pack.

Just hate his point and smile like he just scored an important goal. Any other player would just touch gloves and go to the bench.

A few weeks ago, I was all "I still want to win every night". Then, a week or two ago, I was all "well, the high draft pick will be nice, but I still want to beat the Canucks/Oilers every time", but now, I'm all "...screw it, lose out the whole season and take the magical pick". A sad state of affairs, but hopefully short term pain for long term gain, and hopefully some accountability for the veterans who've chosen to pack it in.

Amazing that Brodie only ended up -1 as it seemed like he was out there all game. That's a good sign at least, I suppose.

If we sign free agents, we don't need top end guys as we are going to be too crappy anyways, we need some big strong guys who skate and hit and make it so other teams hate to play us. I can take the losing, but I don't want to watch a team that other teams can't wait to pad their stats against.

I can't stand that chump. Makes Ovechkin look like the paragon of humility.

Coach led the way by sending the 1st unit PP out with 5 min left in a 6-2 game.

Debacle of monumental proportions.

Coilers are not good team and wont make the playoffs but they easily tuned the Flames despite allowing the first 2 goals. Anyone who is still a member of this team and isnt completely embarassed by that effort shiuld be waived tomorrow.

Just gross.

I look forward to someone taking Yakapovs head off sometime soon.

Horak played like an NHL player tonight. Or at least like he doesn't want to go back to the AHL.

Problem? Jeez, kid loves scoring goals. If it was Sven there would be no issue. Also missed how smyth had a problem

I wonder what will happen first.

1. Competitive Flames team
or
2. New Building
