Seriously? Feaster is just destroying the heart and soul of this franchise. I mean, he's such a good player, we didn't dress him most nights so that other teams would have a chance.
Definitely worth a first round pick.

If we can get anything for him, heck a 5th round pick and I will be happy. I don't hate Sarich like a lot of people seem to but he's been a health scratch for so much of the season he literally has no value to the team.

He has had a great deal of success to this point.

I would say the source is legit simply based on the fact that he has been around forever and his name isn't Aaron Ward.

I want him around, simply cause I think he would be a good influence on young guys, love his compete level, its a rarity these days for a guy to be such a warrior. That being said, if he can get us back a 3rd or something you take it. Anything higher is just gravy. I'd wait till tomorrow till some gm gets desperate.

They correspond with the TSN guys a lot actually so it's not like it's not a legit source.

So you knew all along that Iggy was going to Pittsburgh? I guess McKenzie and Dreger aren't legit anymore either then, eh?

Valid point. I'd probably be inclined to believe the rumour...I'm just curious as to why none of the others have said anything yet. I mean, everybody knows that Sarich is most probably being shopped. We just haven't heard anything concrete yet, aside from this guy's tweet.

This would make room for Breen. Interested to see what he can do at the NHL level.

To be fair, when even the Boston Bruins are disspointed with a non trade, I don't know if it's really that bad of a blunder, and he most certainly had sources close to the organization. I mean it would be one thing if he said Iggy was going Boston for sure, and then he went to Piitsburgh and it turned out Boston wasn't even close. But in this case, they basically had a deal in place with Boston and Iggy picked Pittsburgh at the last second.
A little trigger happy on Aaron Ward's part, but a very legitimate rumour that by all accounts was basically going to happen imminently until Iggy chose Pitt.

Why would I have known that?
I'm just saying that the source is well known within the hockey media, and is close to a lot of players. He has never been an Eklund, but certainly isn't no Dreger.

#flames Cory Sarich packing his bags, looks like he's going to #blackhawks from what I'm hearing, for a 3rd
No idea who this is, but Feaster should be sainted if he can make this happen.

You're not going to see him this year. He might be out for the rest of the season. If he wasn't hurt, he'd be up with the Flames easily.
