Does anyone have a clip of the live announcement from the Feaster presser?
I was assumed the deal with Boston was done and switched over to Global News. Dallas Flexhaug broke the news for me!

Im stoked. Pitts was my second favorite team. If Iggy had to go I couldn't be happier it was the Pens. Plus Iggy and Crosby is just unreal. Go pitts go?

I turned on the PVR recording once I realized the importance of the presser. Unfortunately, he made the actual announcements just minutes before the top of the hour, so my recording started too late.
Either way, I am sure it will be streaming from numerous sources before the morning.

I doubt Iggy plays tomorrow but who knows. I imagine they will do a goodbye press conference tomorrow and that his first game will be Saturday against the Islanders.
Pitsburgh is on a 13 game winning streak and are 5 points clear of second place. I think they can afford to wait another game.

What the hell.. I leave my computer for an hour after hearing Iginla to Boston.. now instead to Pittsburgh?! Crazy! Well.. Good Luck to Iggy in Pittsburgh! I've always been a fan of the Pens and Crosby.. so at least now I can truly cheer for Iginla to win a cup being on a team that I really like. Screw Boston.. I have a hard time cheering for them. Its gonna be interesting to see what he can do with all that talent in Pittsburgh.
Welcome to the Era of the Rebuild Flames fans. There will be lots and lots of difficult moments ahead. You have to have the mindframe to think longterm while suffering through alot of short term pain. But cheering for young prospects and watching them develop isn't so bad. Draft lottery and Entry Draft are pretty fun too
