I would agree "schedule" is a huge aspect missing from the survey.
The top four (in order) for airline purchases are easily:
1) Safety (even if in North America we tend to take it as a given)
2) Price
3) Schedule
4) On time performance
People will talk big about other things (comfort and personal space especially) but they will rarely/never compromise all of the first four things to get it. (IE: Actions speak louder than words,which is why airlines race to the bottom to provide less space for less money, with more space only for those few willing to actually pay for the privilege - like any product really.)
Was this survey meant for the old website booking flow or the new one that rolled out a month ago?
