For anyone worried that Kipper's performance will suffer with the lack of sleep -- last time he and his wife had a kid (summer of 2005), Kipper went on to win a Vezina.
Just sayin'...

I'm guessing Calgary, his kid plays minor hockey here so I'd assume his wife is here as well.

Thread title is wrong, it should say kippers pending rebirth as he skyrockets into god mode form/super sayain 8 and carries the entire team to a 3rd place finish! And ultimately goes on to post an under 2 gaa in the playoffs

I think someone siad during the lockout talk that Kipper had remained in Calgary all year as his kid was in school (could be remembering wrong though, I certainly don't know first hand or anything)

I wonder what Taylor's doing with his new found money this season? Happy for that guy.
Hope he gets another start at some point.

I don't think it's difficult to guess: diapers
Happy for him getting called up again, whether he plays or not (which seems unlikely)

No word, and as keratosis said, it obviously depends. But I would think that if Kipper stayed behind, that his wife is either a) having a scheduled c-section and knows exactly when she's having the baby, or b) is already in labour

Yeah his family returned when they usually would prior to the start of the regular season.
He didn't want to have to move his family during the middle of the school year if the lockout was settled mid-season.
