Liked what I saw in the first 30 minutes or so. Giordano's gaffe changed the game. Hate singling out a player like that, but it changed the game.
Flames were poised to tie it, I'm convinced they would have if they didn't go down by two.

As is the Flames PP. This team badly needs playmakers and puck carriers up front. Glencross is not an offensive player.

It was a decent effort on the road. Great game by Cervenka and Comeau didn't look that bad out there as well.
Something has to be done about Giordano. Bench him, scratch him, something. He is a heart and soul player but it is obvious his mistakes are costing us.

Cursed in that dump. Can't fault the effort, but have to have some guys show a little composure and finish.

Karma did in fact bite the Flames in the bum with all the Oiler trashing that happened today. Good effort, terrible result.
Gio needs to be grounded and put into a corner to think about his suckage for a while. Wideman didnt do much better either. but at least he didnt give away the puck three times, to the same player and then get scored on while taking a penalty. Did I mention that was in the span of ten seconds? Geez.
Fasth is good, darned good. I'm talking brick wall type of stuff here.
Also, Rob Kerr was drunk tonight. Fire him for drinking on the job or something.
Bring on Jeff Carter and the Kings.

Meh, only chance this team has at beating a good team is if they are on a back to back (like the last two victories).
AB teams suck, 10-0 combined.

If we can trade Giordano for decent value, we should do it before his stock drops further.

Is Giordano just not that good of a player that had a hot streak? Or has he lost his confidence? To me it looks like the latter.

Jesus, they're not coming off a 10-0 loss after a 10 game losing streak. There was good stuff in here tonight, you can't deny that. It obviously wasn't good enough and this stings, but come on, ease up a little.

He's still a good player but he'd much rather be an actor.

I think its time that the Flames part ways with at least one of these guys.

Really thought they played well for 30 mins... wheels fell off and they never recovered.
Not overly disappointed tonight..

I hate the Honda center. I'm starting to wonder if the Flames will ever win more than 2 lousy games in a row. So frustrating.
