Yeah, predicting a loss in a road game against the 2nd best team in the league (with a home record of 9-1 to boot) is just ridiculous. Take that over the top negativity elsewhere.

I predict a dominating 10-0 Flames win - like a "real" fan should.

If there is a game where Gio is going to come out and shine, I think tonight has to be the night. The ducks have only had 6 goals come form their defense (4 from Souray and 2 from Beauchemin) while the Flames have 9 (4JayBow, 3 Wideman, 1Bordie and 1 Gio). Something has to be done to wake him up for this game because I think our D matches up better then their D.

Last time Flames won in Anaheim was in 03/04.
Last time Kipper was out for any period of time was 03/04.
If we win in Anaheim tonight I'm taking it as a sign from the hockey gods and planning the parade route.

Because this time in game 6 we will have better replays to show that the puck was in?

I'd say that for the past couple years, the Ducks were arguably a team the Flames should beat. Or at least the Flames may have thought that way. I sure did. This year, the Ducks are playing very well and are the clear favourites.

Therefore, the Flames mentality is different and I predict a close win. 3-1 Flames.

If the Flames win tonight, my faith in them possibly making the playoffs this season will be restored. However, I think Selanne will rape us again. 3-2 Ducks.

McGrattan pummels someone, flames score 8 goals and win 8-1. Sounds about right.

I want to predict a win...I really do. I just can't get over this bad feeling the Ducks home games always give me.

Getzlaff is red hot right now. That does not bode well for us. The only thing going our way is the fact Selanne is pointless in 3 games...but he could break out at any time. ugh.

BTW, who the heck is Viktor Fasth? I guess we're about to find out why he's only lost once.

Still, the Flames pushed Anaheim to the limit when they were still figuring out how to play Hartley's system. Like the San Jose game, this is a chance for the Flames to show that they can beat some of these teams that whupped them early on.

Dare I say it? Flames 4-3
