... and justice for Hall.

I've been waiting all day to post that.

I doubt he was actually trying to go for the knee on knee. Remember, we're talking about the same moron that has as much on-ice awareness as my 75 year old grandma. He went for the hit, and majorly missed.

That being said, he should get equal games as to what Clutterbuck is out for. If you look at the point of contact in the picture above, Clutterbuck is STILL looking the other way, so even if Hall would have hit him properly, it would have been a complete blindside and unnecessary hit. The fact that Hall is such a raging moron that he couldn't even hit him properly while Clutterbuck wasn't looking makes it even worse. Players are responsible for their actions, and like I said, Hall should get equal games as to how long Clutterbuck is out for.

Maybe then he'll grow a brain and look around a bit more rather than just skating all out with his head in his skates.

Didnt watch the game. Did anyone fight Hall after the play before he got tossed? Or any other fights later in the game?
Hall may have to pay the piper next time they play minnesota. Or even worse he may have a target on his back for some dirty pay back.

I just saw a video of the knee... I honestly think he should have gotten 4-5 games. Worst knee I have seen in a long time.

It's a terrible suspension because there was no intent at all on the play for a knee. He led with the shoulder and just got unlucky when he collided with the knee.
Even if he was trying for a clean hit, there was the intent to lay a big hit on a player who did not have possession of the puck.

The question shouldn't be regarding intent. Regardless of intent it was a reckless play that resulted in injury. I thought 3-5 games would be adequate so I'm fine with two.

No one's posted a vid of the hit, here it is:

Can't believe they're playing Dr. Feel Good at 2:25 lol. That's a dirty hit IMO, he didn't commit to going shoulder to chest and bailed with his hip to Clutterbuck's knee with the puck no where near the play. 2 games is about as much as you could expect.

Anyone that doesn't think he led with his leg is living in a bubble.

Wow. Horrible hit with no intent to do anything but clip Clutterbuck's leg.

Hall clearly saw Clutterbuck coming across and Clutterbuck didn't deviate his path at all, so Hall could have easily put his shoulder into Clutterbuck's chest had he wanted to.

The word gutless gets over used, but it applies here.

I'm good with two games, repeat offender status for the rest of his career and his suspension being over when we play the Oilers on 3/3. Hope he answers the bell like Torres did. But I equally hope someone from the Wild rings the bell in the first place.

It doesn't suck, Hall was reckless and stupid and the league did the appropriate thing. Maybe Hall will learn something, but probably not he doesn't come across as the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Its probably a pretty sad statement when a player like Hall is actually dumber the Zac Stortini.

It does suck, we are losing our best player so far for 2 games. Sucks he's gone, sucks he made a dangerous hit, and sucks he injured another player. That's what I meant.
