Nope, as long as you don't mind. Personally, I'd spray them.

Is the gas line you installed last year permitted and inspected?

FYI, I believe the gas fitter has to get the permit himself from the city. It's slightly different from other DIY permits.

Yes the gas line is permitted and inspected.

I rented a propane heater on the way home today and a 100 pound propane tank so it looks like I'm set for the weekend.
