If Lehtonen starts... flames lose If Bachman starts... flames win Final score will be 3-2, settled in OT (not a shootout).

Flames Irving

I heard reports that Irving was placed on waivers yesterday from the fan 960, and now he starts tonight? Did I hear wrong?

Flames can never take advantage of a back to back- Recent example Chicago!

Flames will win.

I think we are going to see a long stretch of .500 hockey from the flames.

I think it depends if we can get Arnot in the lineup. WIth him I think it's 5-1 Stars, without him it might be 4-1 Stars

Gonna need a lot of beer for tonight...

Here's hoping for a win. Let's get some goals for Irving.

I've got a good feeling about this game. Hopefully we see another strong game from Irving. Obviously can't expect him to keep it to 1 goal against an offensively minded club like Dallas.

That being said the flames system seems to be more effective against these type of teams. Just playing an up-tempo game with some good breakout passes, pray the flames have begun to trust Irving and play the same game as if Kipper was in. Hopefully we see Cammy on the first line where he can actually be productive and Byron being a speedy third liner creating some chances for Stemps to bury.

I predict a 5-3 win with some nice production from Bou, Brodie and Iggy

Last year, they swept Alberta, then Vancouver in early March, and in mid march, they went 1-2 vs the Canadian three with losses to CGY and VAN.

The year before, they went 1-2(again losses to VAN and CGY) in January and then lost all 3 in February.

The year before that, they went 1-0-2 in October, with the one win versus Calgary, played VAN/EDM and 1-1 there, then a month later, came into CGY and won.

So in the last three years:

They are 3-3 in Calgary, 2-2-2 in Vancouver, 4-1-1 in Edmonton.

Irving is the number 1 guy you have to see what he can do with a stretch of games his sample size was to small last year this is his time to prove he has what it takes if he loses two straight you toss in McD to give Irving a break.

5-4 Flames Iggy comes to play tonight after being called out.

Stars will be complacent after playing the worst team in the league last nite. We destroy them 2-1.
