Amp guy doesn't even have the decency to have a backing track or something to keep his blisteringly bad solos in the same key. He just plays random notes loudly.

Spare Change is alive and now seems to spend his spare time smoking around 5th Avenue Place on the balcony outside the food court but has been spotted in all manner of +15s. I'm not sure if he haunts the C-Trains anymore as he used to do "spare change?" at the Court of Queens Bench before it was demolished.

I feel bad for Spare Change - he's off his meds again yesterday and today, but when he's on his meds he seems like a not completely horrible/scary person.
