So can we discuss injuries and roster changes in this thread or is it strictly to announce injuries? Or is that what the first post is for?
With Backlund out now, who dresses for Sat against Van? Horak?

Cammalleri isn't on IR, only Sven, Backlund, and Kipper.

Yeah but they can be placed on the IR retroactively ... For example I think Sven was placed retro actively back to the 20 somethingth of Jan ... IIRC . SO Cammi could have been retroactively placed on the IR back to the day of (maybe) or the day after the injury..... of course I also could be talking out of my ass on this.

My guess is Horak will get the call tomorrow morning. That way, he can practice with the Heat today, then drive over to Vancouver tomorrow and join the Flames.
It works out well for them that the Flames are playing in Vancouver tomorrow night, and the Heat are also at home right now.

You are correct about retroative. Kipper could not come back until Monday if he is on IR. Sven could come back anytime he is ready. Backlund can not come back until Wednesday.

Yeah the Flames need a centre and Horak has been playing RW. Street is listed as no longer with the team on the Heat's stats page.
