Push-up bras and other enhancements to cleavage. All those medieval dudes were short compared to us, so he'll be walking around with all that at eye level: "Zounds! If this is heaven, then we are in it!"

Ancient Romans had indoor plumbing too, at least the rich ones. Crazy how 1000 years later in the same city, they didn't have it. Tells you what happens to technology when a great empire falls..
And I'll say internet porn. No more fapping it to 15th century issues of Sears catalogue lingerie section.

Didn't woman wear corsets?
I don't know if a smartphone would blow their minds that much because it would be irrelevant to their viewpoint of life.
Supermarkets because its greatly enhanced food gathering and probably health.
I would vote that the photocopier and digital scanner would blow his mind.
You know what would really blow his mind, the Hubble
Oh and modern fire arms

Good point, I guess I'm more thinking of your average commoner Renaissance teen. I change mine to KFC double downs.
EDIT: Another actual one; space travel, or human flight in general. Also, our peaceful multicultural society. Pretty rare in those times, especially in western Europe.

If peace is too boring for him he can always go to a soccer game and interact with the fans.
If it was possible, and they were able to bring a person back to life who has been dead for 500 years. And have that person walk around the streets observing all that changed in the world in the past 500 years. What modern thing that we see and use on a daily basis would likely fascinate them the most? Airplanes? Cars? Televisions? Skyscrapers?

Flying steel dragons, horseless carts that move on their own accord, wizards who summon fire at their finger tips, demons who ride on 2 wheels, and man/woman hybreds.
