and Bernier gets his second a minute later from behind the goal line.

I can't believe Johan Hedberg is still in the league, he seems to the type of player who would have had a very short time in the league, like many European laterounders who come over. Yet he has been in the NHL for 11 seasons now, has played 356 games, and is still going strong at the age of 39.

If only we could have picked him up a few years ago to backup Kipper. He costs next to nothing, and unlike every backup we have had since Turek, he's the type of experienced vet who would give us a chance to win.

Did anybody know that Matt Moulson has had 30+ goals for three years now? I didn't. Only a handful of players had more over that span. Crazy

He and Brodeur are without a doubt the senior 1,2 punch in goal.

So Johan Hedberg gets the SHUTOUT in the Devils 3-0 win over the Islanders. He had a nice break away save on Tavares. Nabokov played well too in the Isles net. All 3 goals were in the 3rd period and I agree that the penalty which the Devils scored on the PP was a bad call. The Habs win 2-1 in reg time over the Sens where all the goals were scored in the 1st period. Another game where both goalies for each team, Anderson and Price, played very well. Ottawa had a goal called back on them in the 3rd for goalie interference, it was border line. The Panthers come back from a 3-1 defecit on the road and beat the Sabres 4-3 in reg time. Nice hattrick by Kunitz in Pittsburgh's 6-3 road win over the Capitals. It wasn't the Crosby-Ovechkin duel.
