I know Realtor 1 (I think it was him) was looking to go out to Banff for NYE and couldn't find accommodation. I just got an email from Banff Rocky Mountain Resort that says they have some availability tonight, so if anyone wanted to make a last minute change of plans and head out there, you might be able to find a room with these guys. We've stayed there before, for work parties, and they're pretty decent - they've renovated a bunch of their rooms recently, too.
