Rookie here. What is the level of play? I'm pretty decent. Prefer to play on either wing 
Does anybody on here meet up at the outdoor rinks throughout the winter? I didn't get out at all last year, would like to get out every week or two this winter!

The level of play averages out at ok. There are really good guys and then there are guys that are doing their best. Everyone has a good time regardless.

It's a typical men's league game. I haven't seen any fights, granted I've only been to three Heckles. We all go for a beer and a bite after, everyone laughs and has a great time.
Edit - I hope we (Oilers) have enough guys. Oilfans is sort of dead and the thread isn't getting too many replies.

I'm sure the Oilers have another message board, no? We should expand it there.
As well, I'm pretty sure CP Oilerfans have played in year's past, don't see why they couldn't, especially if they're needing more guys.
It's typically been 10 Oilers vs 25 Flames (at least it seems that way sardined on the bench [last year being the exception])
