Well since 80% of CP is the 1% it goes without saying....

I'm wanting a new golf bag and 3 wheeled push cart this Christmas, I also want sweatshirts with no hood. Just picked up a new Kobo for the wife so she's nearly done.

The Calgary housing market to remain stable for the next 9 months so I can sell my condo and still make a decent enough return to invest it into a house.

I want a new phone, and that's about it. Mrs Rathji says I need something else, to open on Christmas morning. I suggested a coupon book for a years worth of hummers, but I don't think she will go for it.
