Let me know how this goes for you. I have a couple people that are very interested in using them for the same reason.

I had a pretty hard workout today, and my right forearm was a little stiff afterwards. Using the bands a couple times, and it feels completely normal.

I go as tight as I can, and my arm starts going white after about 90 seconds. Take off the bands very quickly, and boom...stiffness gone.

Shipping things to an iceberg costs lots of money.

Haha.

For once shipping to Canada wasn't a rip off. Shipping up here from certain US websites is often $38 bucks too.

It is also fun when I tell a friend about the bands, and they go do a Google Search and come back to tell me how they read a thread on some place called CalgaryPuck, and there was a guy on there that highly recommends them, and he and a couple others posted some links to a video that explains how they work.

I am however extremely curious of the answer, as I have a friend who has ACL issue, and would love to find something that works as well.
I'm planning to pick a set up so I"ll let you know how they work. I have a Grade II ACL tear (a decade old but those things don't regenerate) and just generally beat up knees that tend to get really stiff after I push them so hopefully it'll help.
