Where I used to live in Shanghai we used to have fighter jets passing overhead at semi-regular intervals all the time. They were fairly low altitude too, but what with it being China nobody paid much attention to them.

If you get out a pair of binoculars you can see "660 News" painted in green on the underside of the wings.

I wonder why Captain Kirk traded in the heli for the Cessna? I'm betting cheaper to operate, and for traffic work it can fly nice and slow too.
