Three months later, Crossfire was cancelled.

Eight years later, The Daily Show is still going strong and garnering award nominations/wins. Gotta love it.

I think these two men might like each other more than they admit - this is show business.
That's exactly it, there is a bit of showmanship and acting that happens when these two talk. It was the same with the hyped up Colbert v O'Reilly cross show interviews a few years back. (Each appeared as a guest on the others show within one week) Sadly, those weren't even that good.

All that said I'll probably take a look at it. Maybe some good points will be made.

PS, I was hoping for a Crossfire sort of outcome from those sort of appearances but you could tell it was a bit of scratch my back and I'll scratch yours, not actual debate.

Here's a semi-related semi-fun fact....Bill O'Reilly used to be a hockey goalie back in high school. The only reason I know this is that my father-in-law played in the same league as him in Long Island.

As great as Jon Stewart and the Daily Show are, Stephen Colbert and the Colbert Report are better. One of the funniest people alive.

Stealing from charity feels great, and who can blame you, that $5.00 USD is a steep price to pay.

I agree. It's not so much Stewart, but the correspondents pretty much all suck.

^ Video was removed, and glad it was.

Seriously, it's only five dollars and half the proceeds go to charity, just go buy the thing. They even take PayPal if you don't want to use a credit card.

NSFW!
It was pretty neat, but I'm going to be honest, I only watched it because I saw it was up on youtube.
