When I saw the thread title I thought this would be like a first-world problems thread specific to YYC. Hypothetically like this:
There's only one house on my street that hadn't been razed and replaced by an infill. Its bringing down property values #YYCproblems
Since I've now moved away, I don't have any more YYCproblems....
