my buddy is executive chef at vintage chop house, so thumbs up there.

a buddy of mine works at rush, so thumbs up there.

Theres a place called 4th Spot on center street N. Great local food and reasonably priced. Nice casual atmosphere. Pulled pork poutine = win.

Good place. On 4th St NW. They still make the same pizza that former tenant did.

I used to like taste of Calgary, but like the everything else Calgary, it is way overpriced for the portions you get. Even the quality is iffy.

Japanese Village. Particularly memorable for me because Theo Fricken Fleury was seated at the same table as our group.

Food is not too bad either

I've never been. Going this year for the first time. I'm thinking of it more as an "experience".... or it might end up being more of an experiment.
