It's not as bad as it sounds. Sure you occasionally get the bad tenant, and there are some headaches to deal with from time to time...but at least I get paid to do it.
I have 2 properties. The woman in the one property gives me headaches due to rent collection, but she does repair what she can on her own so I don't get many phone calls from her otherwise. The two girls in my other rental called me up for the first time in 6 months because of a leaky faucet. But hey, because of that now I know how to take off faucet heads and install new ones. I may use that knowledge to upgrade some of the faucets in my house lol. Plus hey the girls in that condo are cute, so bonus lol.
