Maybe we should get Roger Clemens to come out of retirement.

Scott Richmond called up, dear god, the idea of him in the big leagues.

With the way this offense has come around and how good the 1-4 can be and carry this team, if the Jays had a healthy rotation right now I can't help but think they'd be in this race well into late August and September. This sucks

GM better start reconsidering what types of pitchers he has in his organization. This is crazy, and it's getting to be an endemic thing in the entire league. Is it the throwing motion for the cutter to try and get that late movement?

I just don't have enough expertise about these injuries and whether to know if it's bad luck, delivery or a mix. Deflating and depressing to say the least though

This season has now officially gone to hell, the Jays look like they might have signed Jamie Moyer to a minor league contract. Dear god.....

Say what now?

On another note, the fans in Boston are awesome right now.

Las Vegas has officially signed him. Under no circumstances should he ever see the light of day in the Majors with the Jays but I guess that AAA rotation must be getting destroyed with all the call ups.

Ya the fans were great at the end there. Really lively considering they had been sitting there for 5 hours.

Great win for the Jays tonight!

Was at the game tonight. Stayed up until about 10:30 local time, as we had an 8 year old with us. Nice to see a couple costly errors not cost us the game. A couple big homers when the Red Sox had momentum and a big win.

Side note, of all the sections and rows in Fenway Park, my row had a guy wearing a Flames hat (from Toronto). We really are everywhere!

Laffey doing good but the Jays better get their bats going again. Gotta put the Red Sox away and not give them any chance to come back.
