2 cups of mixed berries
1 cup of pasteurized egg whites
3/4 cup milk or I like to use Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt
Blend it up and it's a high protein and delicious breakfast smoothie, you can even run it through a fine civ with the back of a ladle to get any seeds out if need be.
I suggest getting frozen berries/fruit from Costco, you get the most bang for your buck.
