Best thing I can say about tonight for the jays, Hetch and D'Arnaud are continuing to kill it in Vegas, 2/3 with 3 RBIs and 3/4 with a HR tonight for the 51s.

This losing streak needs to get snapped fast or they could fall out of the AL East quick.
Although we do have to remember the Vegas effect and the inflated offensive numbers Sin City gives. D'Arnaud is going be an excellent pro though.

This team's record is very representative of it's talent.

D'Arnaud looks awesome and the way Hetchevarria plays D, if he can even hit .240 or .250 in the bigs he's going to be around for a long time... I think he'll be a gold glover at short.

The whole D'Arnaud Arencibia problem is going to come to a head soon with the way the season is going in Vegas, wonder what they are going to do.

Unless the Jays are out of the race soon, I don't see D'Arnaud being a call up until later in the season or not even at all mattering where the Jays are. No point in rushing him and the Jays seem big on that. I'm excited no matter what to get to see the insane amount of young talent this team has come up through the system. Arencibia has definitely done enough of late to deserve to still be looked at

I caught the first 2 batters and turned to my buddy and told him they should pull Morrow now cause he's gonna get lit up. turned around to the AFL game we were watching, turn back around just in time to see him get pulled not even making it through the first inning. Couldn't hit the zone, and when he did, it was on a platter.

Could you imaging the D if we went with this set up

LF Rasmus
CF Gose
RF Bautista
3B Lawrie
SS Hechavarria
2B Escobar
1B McDade (he's very good apparently)
C Mathis/D'Arnaud

That would cut the runs against down by a large amount, and we already have the best D in the majors this year.

Jays pitching is finally running out of luck. Jeff Mathis the only one not to allow a run. Not a bad thing as the Jays pitching was getting by on a lot of luck and expectations got pretty high with people calling Alvarez someone with #1-2 potential

Well the Jays sure got screwed on that call as Vizquel was on the bag but it doesn't really matter because the Jays got lucky and got out of it on a kInsler double play

Escobar needs to learn how to shut his big mouth. God is he ever whiney.

Jays don't even put a ball in play with 1st and 3rd and nobody out. Ugly little stretch of games
