+1 for Honda, had mine for over 10 years. Takes a few pulls at the start of the year to get er goin but general maintenance and still works great.

Really wish mine had the self propel option though.

FYI - Lowes has a trade in your old lawn mower deal until tomorrow. I just traded in my old 15 year old junker for a new gas power Canadiana. You get up to $100 off depending on the price of the new mower.

If your are really anal about your lawn, the reel type lawn mowers give the best cut. When I was a kid we had a gas powered reel lawn mower until I took the motor off and put it on my go kart. The reel type won't cut dandelion weeds though so you have to take good care of your lawn. I see they still sell electric reel types.
