Once again, Jays starting pitcher is pitching in the 6th inning of a ball game.

Morrow is looking really good tonight. Not quite the Tampa game, but this game is probably as efficient as I've seen him at this level.

It's a hybrid Morrow of pitching to contact and getting strikeouts. That being said, it is the Angels...
In Al East News: Girardi on Rivera: "it appears he has a torn ACL" Really sad to think one of the all time greatest could have his career done with due to an injury like this. What isn't sad, is the Yankees losing to the Royals tonight

2 Double Play Balls meaning Morrow has faced the minimum tonight so far.

That really is too bad about Rivera. Hate to see a legend go down like that.

Rasmus has been hitting the ball hard all year and has got robbed more then any other Jays player. Still love having a bat as good as his hitting 8th in the lineup.

Ugly night again for Bautista and Lind. Lucky for that error on the EE groundball or the Jays could have wasted Johnson and Escboar both getting on base with nobody out twice in this game

Bautista needs a break, if not for his body then for his head...you can read it all on his face. He's frustrated as hell and pressing isn't working.

He had a pretty strong series against the Rangers and was starting to hit balls strong. At least he's not simling while grounding into a double play like Pujols. I'd let him continue to play and just hope his timing improves.

Another quick inning for Morrow. Maybe the Angels really tied one on after that no hitter last night and want to get home to bed.

Good time to remember how Morrow's 17K game was one of the greatest games ever pitched in the history of baseball.
