Isn't that how all the cool kids wear it anyways?

But even if it did you can always shape it back to the way you like it.

I prefer my brims slightly bent. Not curved to the point where it looks like a rounded brim, but not factory flat, that looks just plain ######-y. Thanks guys. I will try the shower for my Expos hat and dishwasher for the Kings hat. What settings should I use on my dishwasher and should I use any detergent?

I agree with the dishwasher technique. Although when it's done I put it on right away and wear it while it's wet, just so it keeps it's shape and if it happens to shrink it conforms to my head shape. I should also mention this is just for the hats I own which don't include any new era..So I can't say for sure this would work with those

put it in a pillow cover and wash it in the washer machine, but do not put it in the dryer.

What does the pillow case do?

I use a few drops of laundry detergent. Make sure the 'heat dry' setting is off, and don't use anything like sanitary or pot scrubber. Normal wash, no dry.

Once it's in the protector toss it in the laundry with the rest of the clothes, dishwashers are for dishes.
