I have had very poor experiences with both overnightprints.com and vistaprint.ca. I'd suggest going somewhere local (dunno anywhere in Calgary) OR moo.com.

moo's cards are awesome. Their mini ones are cool too. Google around for a coupon code if you choose them - they always seem to have a deal going on.

TorqueDog designed me some really good ones and I got Percy's Printing to make them up for me for a very reasonable price.

They do everything for the Hyatt Auto group. Forms to business cards. It is a lot of paper crap, we have about 600 people that need cards alone every year.

One of the fellas I work with was Percy's best friend when he was still alive.
