not bad start for the indians. wonder if they ever contemplated on putting Lawrie at the 2nd batting spot instead of Johnson?

Johnson was great and just what you are looking for in the #2 spot in the opener. I think they've thought about it, but their not going to rush Lawrie at all and are fine keeping him int he spot he's in now.

Hafner has lots of potential, built like a power hitter/fullback but could be better producer.

Jays should be able to get to Ubaldo the second time through the lineup.

Morrow will be lucky to last 6 wth the number of pitches he's had to throw so far. If this is the Yankees or Red Sox they'd have him at 100 pitches thru 4.

Efficient inning for Morrow and back to the top of the lineup for the Jays. 0-0 Top of the 4th

Good sign that he's induced 5 groundouts so far. He took 4mph off his fastball this spring to get better control. Still a work in progress a little bit.

That was better. This one might be going more than the required 9 as well the way these teams are hitting thus far.

Inning should have been over. That kind of error 5 innings into a no-hitter is just terrible, that was a simple throw for JP.
