Nope, it's actually Pentiums that will be used for the Apples.
Intel has had 64 bit extensions in their processors for almost a year now, it's called EM64T and they slipped it in pretty quietly.
The Pentium 4 6xx series have 64 bit extensions while the Pentium 4 5xx series don't. The dual core Pentium D 8xx series also have it.
