Drink half a 26er of rye, then lay on the couch, tune in to the Oasis channel (all nature shows) and soon your problem will be over. Works for me, anyway.

At this stage, you should be watching out for purple elephants that are actually large bushes. They talk funny.

Excersize is scary, and yet you're comfortable with popping more sleeping pills. Interesting.

So... Finally got 8 hours. Feeling like a whole new man today. Not quite back up to speed but wow... so much better.

Thanks to First Lady for the APP link... that combined with some determination did the trick - no sleeping pills or booze, yey!

Hoping to never have to go through anything like this again.

I'm on day 3 awake now in a different time zone and country then yesterday. Pretty tired, but have a date tonight.

Anyone ever gone through anything like this? Any suggestions? My plan is to finish work today and down another two sleeping pills and hope for the best. If that doesn't work I'm thinking it's time to goto the doctor. The soonest I may be able to attempt sleep again is in about 10 hours when my work day ends..

Tinfoil hat worked then?
