Probably more if you want inside the city on the west end, where land is expensive and NIMBYism is rampant.
That's actually cheaper then I would have guessed, tbqh.

EDIT: Oh, no land included?

I would love a car wash on the west end. I live in Montreaux and my options are
1) Drive to Co-op touchless on 85th and hope for the best (wait in line for 1 hr and get a crappy wash while paying $15, then ask for a re-do and wait some more
2) Drive all the way to Richmond or 17th Ave & 33rd

I would love something closer and would visit once a week in winter time

There needs to be pub, gas station, convenience store and car wash, somewhere around 69th St and # 8. That whole area is under-serviced.

Could it be an ad that had the malware?

I just scanned the site with a dozen different site scanners and they all come up clean.

I don't know but I don't think I clicked any ads. Very frustrating, especially if it was my own fault if I clicked on something.

Some ads will have malware even if you don't click them, it happens less nowadays but isn't totally unheard of.

Or it's also possible the site was hacked but the hacker was smart enough to not put the malware in on every page view to try and avoid scanners.

Just wondering if there is a demand, like i think there is, for a wand wash to be built between hwy 1 and hwy 8, west of sarcee trail?

I'm thinking of building one, just curious to what peoples feedback is. Thinking about including 2 dog washes, 8 self serve car bays, 1 rv bay, possibly 1 automatic wash, and 2 detailing bays. This would be a high end location with hot soft water with all the bells and whistles.

heck yes!!!!!

do it and i will be ther by-daily. I am in strathcona and neeeeeeeeeeeeeed a wandwash up on the hill
