My grandpa was a police officer and he told me of this one time he pulled over these underage guys who had a trunk full of beer back in 1984. He asked the oldest looking kid for some ID and sure enough it said "DOB: February 29, 1965"
The kid said, "look, I'm a leap year baby." Turned out he was only 17. Needless to say he was arrested.

Under the category of "now you tell me"- a gut at work said that I should have gotten married today instead of this summer. That way I only have to buy an anniversary gift every 4 years.

I don't think my fiancee will want to put off the wedding another 4 years.
