I live in Lethbridge (renting) did the college route. I live about a 5 minute walk away from the University. I can keep an eye out for rentals, in this area. The masses start moving out once April hits on-wards through to summer so I would suggest that be the best time to look. I do have a friend with a basement suite that might be looking for a roommate, would be about $300ish +utilites, 20minute walk to the university.
