The threads have been very, very entertaining.
It goes way deeper though than just one 'roid raging, tropical fish lovin', overstepping his bounds customer service guy. If you follow through on the threads, you will see that the owner of the company (the teacher) has also been posting positive reviews of his product and negative reviews of competitors products on amazon.com (quite an ethical no-no), and the company has been billing for products that aren't even in the country (contravenes visa and mastercard rules).
The funny thing is that it isn't the first time that the Christoforo guy gave bad service either...it just seems that "Customer Dave" found a sympathetic voice with the Penny Arcade guy.
The whole episode is well on its way to becoming a Harvard Business Review Case Study.
